The M24 is a sniper rifle featured in WarRock.
Overview[]
The M24 is the default sniper rifle for the Sniper branch, unlocked at start for every player to use.
For a sniper rifle, it has a somewhat low damage; it kills in either two or sometimes, three bodyshots, or one or two, one headshot. However, the M24 has low recoil, predictable accuracy and minor bullet drop. Nevertheless, it will be less effective in longer ranges, so it is only effective in medium range. Also skilled snipers like to use the M24 for it's geniuic accuracy.. It has low settle time and shoots always accurate shots, bullet drop is a problem but the skilled players who use the M24 will calculate the feel of the distance and will hit the target.
Because of it, many gamers are fond to replace the M24 with other stronger sniper rifles such as the SSG or the AI-AW, as the weapon's description suggests.
Like with most other sniper rifles, the M24's scope has two levels of zoom.
